Nominations for 2012 are now open. To nominate for a Queensland Team to travel to Hobart from 28 Sept to 14 Oct 2012 please click on the link below.
Due dates:
Over 40 and Over 50 nominations close on 27 April 2012.
Over 35, Over 45, Over 55, Over 60, Over 65 and Over 70 nominations close on 1 June 2012.
Please note:
- if you are selected in a Qld team then you MUST pay a $220 deposit by 30th June or your place in the team will be forfeited and a shadow player will be called into the team.
- This $220 payment will be credited to your costs for the tournament and is non refundable if you withdraw prior to the tournament except in extenuating circumstances as decided by the committee.
- It is intended that Qld teams will be announced after the State Championships on the Gold Coast from 8 - 11 June.
- You will receive a reply to your electronic nomination submitted from this page which is confirmation that your nomination has been received.

Instructions for completing the TEam Nomination form:
Click on the link above ("Click Here" which turns blue when you point to it with your mouse).
Open the file when asked to open or save the file.
Double click the check boxes at the top and an instruction box appears which allows you to check or uncheck the box as required.
Complete the remainder of the form.
SAVE the form to your computer's hard drive.
(You then have a copy to give to your association and to Hockey Qld to whom you should send the registration fee.)
